Webmaster@ncvfd.org was out of town.  Scenes from our wetdown to be posted as received from NCVFD members.

On June 28, 2003 we hosted a wetdown for our new pumper, Engine 6!

This apparatus, a 2002 Pierce,  has a 500 gallon tank, 1750 gpm pump, six man cab, 61' Skyboom, and a 455 hp Caterpillar C12 engine.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This picture features  our old and new Engine 6.  

Old Engine 6, originally numbered 326,  served the North Caldwell Community well for more than 20 years.  It is a 1981 Mack Snorkel, 50' Telesquirt,  with a 1500 gpm pump and a 500 gallon tank.
