Mutual Aid call on Apartment Building on Westover Avenue, Caldwell August 3. 2001 A 4 alarmer. 11 injuries!! One firefighter with chest pain. Floor refinisher with 3rd-degree burns. When firefighters arrived people were trying to jump out of windows. Heavy smoke condition because fire doors in stairways had been propped open. Click on picture to enlarge:
