1. Entrance Hall/Vestibule
a) Food is prohibited in
this area
b) Vacuum Carpet
c) Furniture is to placed
back in position
d) Absolutely nothing shall
be taped to WALLS & CEILING in this room!
e) Fireplace should be
cleaned out if used
2. Bathrooms- Toilet Paper & Paper towels are
provided by Company.
a) Empty Waste Baskets.
b) Clean/Mop Floor if
necessary.
3. Kitchen
a) Clean Sink Area.
b) Clean off Counter Tops.
c) Clean Stove & Microwave
Oven (to be
used for warming food only).
d)
Clean
out Refrigerator of any Food (unless requested not to).
e) Dishwasher to be used only
w/supervision.
f) Used Recycle Bins shall be
placed outside by back porch.
g)
Empty
Trash Cans into Dumpster-Use plastic bags provided by
Company.
h)
Clean
Floor & Mop (if necessary).
4.
Main Hall
a) An 6 foot wide aisle must be left to side door Fire Exits & to doorway to main entrance.
b) NO Mylar Confetti
is to be used!
c) Chairs & Tables should
be wiped down clean.
d) Restack Chairs & Tables
in Racks behind Curtained Area.
e) Floor should be swept clean
& any spills mopped up.
f) Nothing shall be
taped/stapled to walls or ceiling & drapery.
5.
Front Porch
a) Benches put back in place.
b) Sweep Deck Clean.
c) Put used Cigarette Butts in receptacle provided by company.
Building
should be clean and ready for the next party rental!
Failure to comply with these rules jeopardizes your security deposit.
